Wholesale Gifts A warm welcome to our existing (and if you’ve just discovered us) new retail trade customers, from us, Jill & Jan.

Before we go any further the following info is for our wholesale or trade customers – if you’re looking for an individual gift then our main site is the best place to be.

For our retail trade customers we hope the following will help with your order, but if you have any questions please do get in contact, we’re very happy to work with retailers to make a bespoke offer tailored-made to your ideas and market:

1 - First Register here as a trade customer this will give you access to our trade prices and give you up-to-date information on stock levels.

2 - For your information, our batch sizes when ordering are:

Six for cards, key rings, coasters, and magnets.
Three for tea towels (designs need to be all of the same design).
Eight for cushions (you can choose whichever style you wish from across the collections).

3 - Most items are held in stock all year round, apart from cushions that are made-to-order and any bespoke designs on other product items.

4 - Generally, we have a two-day turnaround time from the date of order to despatch; this is longer for cushion and bespoke orders.

5 - We are consistently bringing new collections out, averaging ten a year, and are adding to existing ones to refresh our looks, so we advise looking back often to see what’s new. To help, our NEW PRODUCTS page lists the most up-to-date additions.
