Delivery & Returns
Delivery is charged at a fixed rate of £8.00 on standard items for the UK mainland and will be shipped using Royal Mail or UK Mail or DPD
Delivery to other areas (including overseas) will be sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce or DPD – please contact us for costs and carriage free amounts.
Carriage is free on orders over £150 excluding vat. (UK only) Please contact us for carriage free amounts for rest of world.
Please note that we can only offer tracking for Europe & rest of the world to UK borders only and cannot be held responsible for goods from this point onwards. If you require delivery with full tracking, please get in contact and we will quote separately.
Deliveries will normally be made to UK addresses within 14 working days. You will be advised of any delay, or if the item is not available.
In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us via email or phone. In the case of non-delivery please wait 21 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damaged goods please retain the product and contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Any complaints will be processed and rectified as soon as possible.
A confirmation email is sent to you after the placing of an order and after despatch.

We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days.
Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible after ordering but it could take up to 21 days for you to receive your order as some of our goods are made to order but tea towels, cards, chopping boards, bags, notebooks and melamine table-mats are sent out next working day after ordering.
Small items will be sent by first class post but items over 2kg will be sent by UK mail or another courier service of our choosing.
Please note: items such as coasters, key rings, fridge magnets, clocks, cushions and mounted or unframed prints are made to order and could take up to 3 weeks to arrive but usually take about a week.
Where we deliver: Worldwide
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but should you wish to return your item please notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing email@example.com. We are not obliged to accept returns that are notified later than 14 days after receipt of item.
The item should be returned within 14 days using the original or equivalent packaging. The item must be returned in a resaleable condition for a refund to be issued. Please get a proof of postage receipt or use a method of posting which is tracked. We cannot issue refunds for goods that are lost in transit without proof of posting or are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.
Please note: the refund will not include return postage. Where an item is deemed faulty on receipt then return postage costs will be refunded or we will arrange for a courier to collect the package. (Evidence will be required).
Refunds will normally be made on receipt but in any case will be made no later than 14 days after receiving the item.
A processing fee will be charged for items that are returned which are not faulty as Paypal now does not refund fees.
